Metro Men,

Join us Saturday for a Men's health fair. Our own Eddie Needham, MD, will lead us in a discussion on health and wellness. We'll talk about ways to "present our bodies as a living sacrifice." Worship is raising arms in church and singing, but it is also eating healthy and exercising regularly. Blood pressure screenings, sugar testing, and other metrics will be offered. Come, bring a friend and share a delicious meal and awesome fellowship!
